AutoVid – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AutoVid. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoVid application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using AutoVid, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

AutoVid is a Shopify application that automatically finds and embeds relevant YouTube product demo videos into your Shopify store product pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business or entity you represent to these Terms.

3. Account & Access

You must have an active Shopify store to use AutoVid.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify and AutoVid account credentials.
You agree not to share access or allow unauthorized use.

4. Billing & Payments

AutoVid offers a Standard Plan at $10/month (USD) with a 14-day free trial.
Billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API. Charges are recurring until you uninstall the app or cancel your subscription.
No refunds are provided except where required by law.

5. Use of Content

AutoVid uses YouTube's API Services to find and embed videos.
You must ensure that any videos you choose to display comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and any applicable copyright laws.
AutoVid is not responsible for video content hosted by YouTube.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy AutoVid's technology.

7. Intellectual Property

AutoVid and all associated trademarks, designs, and content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by AutoVid.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute AutoVid's code or branding without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using AutoVid at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AutoVid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AutoVid after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
